BOOK A RESERVATION
Renter must be 25 to book a reservation. A deposit of ½ of your total lodging amount is required at time of reservation to hold a reservation. Remaining ½ + tax is due upon arrival.
CONFIRMATIONS
After making a reservation, you will receive a rental confirmation by email. The confirmation email will give you your rental fees, directions to the property, and security code to access the cabin. Please feel free to call us with any questions about your reservation.
RENTAL RATES
We offer nightly and a weekly rate. Pricing starts at $175/night. A week-long stay includes one night free and is reflected in the weekly rate. Holidays require a minimum 2-night stay.
All rates are based on total guest occupancy, so we appreciate your honesty about the number of guests which create additional cleaning, higher rate of utilities and wear on the property. A standard additional charge is applied for guest occupancy over 2 people. Each additional guest (including children) is $25/person per night excluding infants.

TAXES

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check in time is 3 pm. Check out time 11am.
CANCELLATIONS
Deposits are non-refundable, unless we are notified of your cancellation 1 month in advance of your arrival date and we can rebook your reservation to another party.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Cabin sleeps 6-8. Has loft with 2 twin beds, 1 queen and 1 futon. Main level has queen sofa sleeper, twin daybed with trundle.
Accommodations for larger groups may be considered.
1 Full bath with Jacuzzi tub + partial bath with shower.
Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill.
